1. Introduction and Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gulak, our mobile application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using Gulak, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Gulak is provided "as-is" and we reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Gulak following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
Gulak is a committee coordination application that helps users organize and manage savings groups. Gulak is a technology platform and is NOT a bank, financial institution, or payment processor.
Important Disclaimer:
Gulak does not hold, manage, or guarantee user funds. Users are entirely responsible for collecting, verifying, and transferring money within their committees. Gulak provides only organizational tools and communication features. We are not liable for payment disputes, fund mismanagement, or financial losses between members.
Gulak's services include: committee creation and management, member coordination, payment tracking and reminders, and account management.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- ✓Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
- ✓Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
- ✓Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
- ✓Use Gulak only for legitimate committee coordination purposes
- ✓Not engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities
- ✓Respect the rights and privacy of other users
- ✓Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
4. Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. We recommend:

- •Logging out on shared devices
- •Not sharing your PIN or passwords with anyone
We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your negligence or failure to secure your credentials.
5. Payments and Financial Disclaimer
Gulak does not hold, transfer, or manage user funds. Payment processing and fund transfers occur directly between users through their chosen payment methods. Gulak merely provides reminders and coordination tools.
Financial Liability Disclaimer:

- • Payment disputes must be resolved directly between committee members
- • Gulak is not responsible for late payments, failed transfers, or fraud
- • Users are entirely responsible for verifying payment authenticity
Any payment-related issues are the sole responsibility of the committee members involved. Contact our support team if you need help documenting transactions.
6. Account Termination
You may request account deletion at any time through your Profile settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Before deletion, ensure:
- •You have exited all active committees
- •All outstanding payments are resolved
- •You have saved any necessary transaction records
We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
7. Data and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data is collected only to provide and improve Gulak. We retain only data necessary for compliance, payment disputes, and legal obligations.
Upon account deletion, we permanently remove personal information except where legally required for compliance and dispute resolution.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gulak and its creators are not liable for:
